Your account, your research.

Closure Radar stores the information you provide to run your account: email address, name, company, password hash, preferences, saved signals, private notes and support requests.

Authentication and security

Passwords are hashed before storage. Session and recovery tokens are stored as hashes. Verification and password reset links are delivered through the configured email provider. Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. Authentication attempts are rate limited using hashed identifiers.

Payments and email

When subscriptions are enabled, Stripe handles payment details. Closure Radar stores customer and subscription identifiers and their current status; it does not store your payment card details. The configured email service sends account messages and optional signal digests. You can stop digests in your account or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Public source records

Public employer notices are collected from state agencies. The application keeps source links, supplied facts, revisions and retrieval times. Those facts are distinct from the application’s relevance and equipment hypotheses.

Your controls

You can update your profile and preferences, remove saved notes, revoke API keys and sessions, change your password and manage billing. To request account data or deletion, submit a privacy request through support. Deletion requests and any billing obligations are handled separately.

Storage and operations

Application data is stored by the operator on the hosting service and in backups. This application does not add advertising trackers. Private research notes are available through your account, not the public feed. Account and payment records may remain in operational backups or with payment and email providers after changes to your account.
